Would have been a good video except I was distracted by the dog crying the whole time and the lady tell him good boy over and over again!

Why trim a Tibetan Terrier? They are SO much more beautiful when they have their long beautiful coat!! <3

how long is the coat? Like in mm after you clipped how long was the coat on the body?

Thinning the hair near the eyes is a BIG mistake. That hair needs to grow long enough to hang down – – otherwise the dog will have lifetime of hair scratching his eyes.

The way she holds him by the chin seems cruel to me. If groomer all do this i know why our dogs hate this

Didn't your parents grab you by the ear until you learned to hold still. Its a minor discomfort that yields a lifetime of benefits.

telling he's a good boy whilst he's crying and distressed, is reinforcing negativity.

and as for the girl holding by the fur… -.- disgusting! no different to someone grabbing you by the hair whilst you are being tickled malicious!

where were the treats?! i saw no treats given as distractions -.- glad i do not live there, would never take my dog if thats what would happen.

noooooo! Its a crime to trim a TT. If you dont have time for keeping the coat long, choose another kind of dog

what a lovely dog, his coat is amazing. Our TT has mainly white which is more wavy, amazing how many different colours and coats these dogs come in.Thanks for the tuition.

What a beautiful puppy and really well behaved for having this being only the second time. The groomer was great but the helper wasn’t too good. Looked like she didn’t want to be there, really wasn’t taking notice of the pup, didn’t look like a dog lover at all. Hardly spoke to him, and I didn’t like the way she held the jaw, of course the groomer must, but she didn’t.

I don’t think he likes the clippers!

I realize it is the owner's choice to clip or let the hair grow long but I really think this dog looked much nicer before she used the clippers on him. Just a bit of cleaning up the underside of his paws and backside would have been pretty much enough. The helper looked very mean. I would not use this groomer because of that.

Nice video. You were super patient with Rocco. The puppy cut looks great and is very practical for this breed.

i dont believe in cutting tts fur as my previous tt got his hair "trimmed" and the hairdresser cut his hair right down to his skin and he was unconfortable for at least a week(we didnt pay her or go back), about 2 months later he died so shame on that woman. you also shouldnt grip a tt from the "knee" as it can damage their leg. also this helper of yours doesnt look very trained and clearly doesnt know how to handle a tibetan as she has hold of his snout, you defo should NOT do that as it can damage their nose and/or teeth. also you shouldnt hold any dogs leg too far away from their body as it can snap a bone. there are so many things wrong with your "pro grooming"
